M: Oh yes, Ms. Bergman, I have your name right here on the schedule. Actually, Ms. Chung is just finishing up an appointment with a client right now. If you’d like to have a seat, I will let you know when she’s available. By the way, which magazine are you with?
W: I write for Upturn Magazine. Have you heard of it?
