M: I was just over there this morning. The space we’ve been allocated is twice the size of our current office space. I think our staff will be really happy working there.

M: No, it’s just an empty space at the moment. I thought it might be nice if our staff could help choose the color scheme and furniture. It’s important that they enjoy being at work.
