答案        This report aims to reveal the company’s office workers’ attitudes towards trainings offered to them during last year. Managers and secretaries were instructed to finish a survey which asks about their  opinions  of  the  trainings.  This  report summarizes the results of the survey.
       9 percent of secretaries and 11 percent of managers felt the whole process to be a waste of time. These two figures are marginal when compared with the 85 and 74 percent of secretaries and managers, who felt the trainings were valuable.  51 percent of managers believed  the  trainings  were  good for networking, as did 41 percent of the secretaries. 65  percent  of  secretaries  and  69  percent  of managers thought that the trainings were a good excuse for a change.
To sum up, the trainings have been received well by both managers and secretaries, who have noted the benefits from the trainings.
