答案       The report sets out to present different types of in-house  training  courses  for  the  company’s employees—technical       training,       career development, health and safety, and interpersonal skills—and the hours spent during the courses. Of the four courses, the largest amount of time, 30 hours, was devoted to it, which was half the time allotted towards training for  the year.  Career development   training   was   given   the   next importance, with 15 hours devoted to it. This was followed by  ten  hours  of  interpersonal  skills training,  with  health  and  safety  instruction encompassing the last five hours given to training. In conclusion,  technical training was given the greatest value by those who initiated the training courses for the employees. This is perhaps because improvement with the employees’ technical skills is viewed as the greatest factor for the company’s productivity whereas trainings in the other aspects assume more auxiliary roles.
