    The majority believe that training is important for job. 84% of managers and 75% of secretaries hold that opinion. Only a small group—10 percent of secretaries and 12 percent of managers—felt the whole process was a waste of time.
    Meanwhile, 50% of managers believed the trainings were good for networking, so did 42% of the secretaries. 63% of secretaries and 70% of managers thought that the trainings were a good excuse for a change.
    To sum up, the trainings have been well received by both managers and secretaries.
