Report on current situation and future plans
This report aims to share my experience and gains in the past year with all the colleagues and to give my plans for the coming year. All the data and statistics of the report is obtained from our sales figures and feedbacks from customers.
The general situation of the past year seems to be very satisfying, with the annual sales and collection target overfulfilled and profits increased by 25%. More channels of distribution are developed and the new products perform well once coming into the market. The brand image get well maintained and has become one of the most recognisable brands of the world. Briefly, our success can be attributed to the following reasons: First, channel integration has been enforced, with capable trade staying and incapable ones eliminated. Second, a series of advertisement campaigns and trade and end user promotions are launched, which attracted a large number of customers. Third, some road shows and exhibitions are implemented in those major cities, which marketed our company and the products. Most of all, our sales staff went deep into market and grasped the first-hand information of the market, which is applied to the research and development of our products.
However, there also appear some problems. For example, some customers in the north do not recognise one of our new products, thinking that it is not healthy food. And some distributors still do not know our products very well.
As for future plan, it can be outlined as follows: First, another advertisement campaign advocating healthy life and healthy food will be launched. Second, more sales persons will be recruited and trained for the coming busy season. Third, introduction of our products should be provided to distributors so that they can know better about us.
I’m sure with the above measures executed, our company will get more profits and attract more customers in the near future.
