答案     I choose topic A—what is important when operating in competitive market. Considering this topic, I have three items to share.
    First, product price is an important item to be considered. Reducing the price of the product can save their money. It means that they can buy more things if the company gives a discount in the competitive market. The consumers would be attracted by your company, and even become the faithful customers. Thus, the company will benefit in the competitive market and finally succeed.
    Second, service should be treated seriously. Because good service is a sort of way of reasonable communication. The unique verbal or non-verbal or both communication can give the consumers a nice impression on the products. Both of their physical and mental needs are met. Then they would be loyal to this brand.
    Third, finding new marketing channels is another approach. Besides, the traditional marketing channels, your company should find some new marketing channel, take the on-line shopping for example, your company could establish a company website, and sell the product on line directly. It is so popular in the current society.
    I choose topic B—what is important when planning a meeting. As for this topic, there are three points to mention here.
    In the first place, agenda is the first point to be considered. The meeting is a big event of the whole company, so many the leaders and staff should be attended. So the agenda should be free for every one. It is important to fix the exact time ahead of time.
    Besides, size is also very important. You should make sure how many people will take part in mis meeting. Then you can find the matched place to hold this meeting or prepare some necessities and prizes for the commendation meeting.
    Last but not least, budget of the commendation meeting is an important part. The expenses of meeting room, some necessities and the prizes should be considered in the budget.
    To sum up, agenda, size and budget are all important elements when planning a meeting.
    I choose topic C—what is important when deciding basic salary. With regard to this topic, there are three aspects I want to say.
    To begin with, comparison with other companies is important. Because it is a matter of external management. If the basic salary according to is lower than other enterprises in your area, it will be hard to attract job applicants to our company, or the employees could feel unfair.
    Besides, availability of local workforce makes great influence on the base salary. The linkage of pay levels to labor markets is able to attract or retain valuable employees. A lack of local workforce could bring out the raise of pay rate; otherwise you will lose in the talents battle.
    Thirdly, company finance and compensation policy should also be taken into consideration. We should design the basic salary in the extent of company finance.
    In a word, salary level of comparable companies, availability and company finance and compensation policy are all important elements when deciding starting salary.
