    I have good reasons to suggest that market research should be carried out before any project is put onto the track. It can not be more obvious: the launching of any project must meet the needs of the consumers. If the market is not lack of a certain product, it can be a really lame idea to make this old-fashioned product come into being. On the other side, if people have certain needs and count on researchers to develop some products, it means there is a mature and ready market, and it is safe to design the project.
    Of course, after the project has been rationally designed, a positive impact is not guaranteed until there is appropriate implementation of it. For instance, you have to find financial support, and it is a wise choice to select well-trained personnel to do it. This can be the most essential factor on the whole chain.
