   The funds spent on training this year has amounted to 15,000, a considerably big proportion in company’s expenditure.
   Examiner’s question:
   Why do you think the company has spent so much money on training?
   This could show our company’s attention on enhancing the overall qualification level of the staff.What is more, this is not only an achievement, it is also an investment, which would benefit the company in the long run.
