Woman: Hello, Holiday Villa, can I help you?
Man: Hello, this is David Smith. I’m looking for a holiday villa and I’ve heard you have some nice ones by the seaside.
Woman: Yes. When would you want to be there and how many people?
Man: Well, it’s just my family, my wife and three children. We want to be there for the first two weeks in August.
Woman: OK, from August 1st to 14th. We only have one left. It’s very beautiful with a view over the sea.
Man: How many rooms has it got?
Woman: There are three single bedrooms and one large double bedroom, with its own bathroom and toilet. There’s a large kitchen, a large dining room and a very big outside terrace.
Man: Sounds nice. How much does it cost?
Woman: ￡2850.
Man: By the way, is there a cleaner or we clean the room by ourselves?
Woman: The local cleaner does the cleaning every day. We have some photographs of that villa, would you like to have a look?
Man: Of course. I’LL go to your office tomorrow morning. Thank you for your help.
Woman: My pleasure. I look forward to seeing you. Good-bye.
