Woman A: Ah, hang on a second. Yes, here it is!
Woman B: Oh, great. Now can you have a look at the schedule this afternoon? I’ve got an appointment at 15:30 at Maplo. But I just can’t remember the name of the man I’m seeing?
Woman A: It’s Mr. Quaid. Randy Quaid.
Woman B: That’s it. It has gone right out of my head. Is that Q-U-A-I-D?
Woman A: That’s fight.
Woman B: And what’s his position in the company exactly?
Woman A: He’s their new Research Director.
Woman B: Right. Then tomorrow morning, I’m meeting Nicholas at 9.
Woman A: Well, Mrs. Thompson, the time has been changed to 9:45.
Woman B: Dear, I forgot it. Did we agree to meet at my hotel?
Woman A: Err. There’s nothing here about the hotel.
Woman B: OK, then it must be at his company. Thank you, Wendy. And don’t forget to confirm my flight to Rome tomorrow.
Woman A: Yes, Mrs. Thompsoa I’ll call first thing in the morning.
Woman B: Goodbye
Woman A: Bye.
