Man: Lisa, this is Vincent. About the new product release conference this Friday.
Woman: OK. Go ahead.
Man: The manager secretary just called me and she said there wouldn’t be enough room at the Algernon Resort.
Woman: Do we have other options?
Man: I contacted the Baird’s Institute—there are many bigger rooms, but they need the reservation at once. You have all the details about the meeting, right?
Woman: Yeah, what do you need to know?
Man: First, I need to know how many people will attend the meeting.
Woman: Well, there are supposed to be six hundred and thirty attendants, but only a third really have time to be present. So, two hundred and thirty chairs would be enough.
Man: I see. What about the equipment we should prepare beforehand?
Woman: Well. There will be three representatives in the marketing department speaking on the platform. I believe that they each need a microphone and ... erm ... one projector connected with a computer.
Man: Right, and what about the video and photocopies?
Woman: Oh, the video won’t be necessary. But the agenda is essential. The representatives have already received the proposal, but there are some updated figures we need to put in the proposal, so we’ll need to hand out updated version. I’ll let you have those to copy.
Man: OK. I’ll get them done. Thanks, talk to you later.
Woman: Sure. Bye.
