Woman: Oriental Business Centre. May I help you?
Man: Hello. I’m calling from New York Electronics Company about the Electronics Fair.
Woman: Have you received the invitation letter from us?
Man: Yes, I received it this Monday. And I want to know more information about this fair. Besides some commercial activities you mentioned in the fair, have you arranged any other activities? And is there any interpreter during the whole trip?
Woman: Well, yes, we have arranged some recreation activities at the weekend, and some staff members from our centre will accompany you and do interpretation jobs. We’ll also arrange a field tour for you to some electronic factories which all have a household name.
Man: That would be great. What can be expected from visiting those factories?
Woman: We plan to show you the research and innovation centre and automated workshops. We will arrange an electronic technical exchange meeting for you.
