     Thank you for your letter dated April 20. We are pleased to know that the consignment was delivered promptly, but we feel very sorry that Case No. 30 did not contain the goods you ordered.
     On going through the matter we find that a mistake occurred during the process of packing. We have sent you the right goods today by air and you will receive them tomorrow.
     As for the goods of Case No. 30, you may either return them to us at our cost or you may dispose of them at the local price. Please tell us your decision by fax.
     We apologize again for the mistake we have made and assure you that such a mistake will never occur again.
