Dear Senator Barns,
     I am the Secretary of the small Businesses Club in our town. We would like to invite you to give a talk at our next meeting on 16 July. The meeting will start at 7.30 pm. About fifty directors are expected to attend.
     I would be grateful if you could inform me whether you will be available on 16 July and which particular area of business you would prefer to talk about.
