Introduction
    The objective of this proposal is to compare the staff needs, and make precedence to the more important and needed ones.
Findings
    Sales staff require for the English training would clearly bring more orders. It also meets the demand of new staff at trade department for the development strategy, which should be considered first. Furthermore , computer skills should be expanded to administration staff to bring more productivity and better investment, despite the cost is expensive. It would be helpful to reduce the budget by using internal training for the new staff. The current communication ability are working well, we should postpone this part.
Recommendations
    The most important and urgent training is English. New staff should be trained internally and computer skills and presentation skills need to be organized.
