Introduction
The objective of this report is to analyze the sustainability of our business expansion through the analysis of staff enrollment needs.
Findings
While the order quantity system has been upgraded and the demand for business expansion has been doubled in the previous two years, the specialized staff number has just increased by 10 percent, which brings huge pressure to achieve our task. In addition, the newly-introduced restructure programme would definitely trigger a series of inefficiency without the appointment of related career managers. The understaffed circumstances in management and engineering support have been the ceiling for our expansion, which should fail to compensate for the cost-saving of labor costs.
Conclusion
The lack of experts is the biggest bottleneck for improvement.
Recommendations
We should employ engineers and technicians for the new system and also appoint some career managers.
