     Yes, I think teamwork cannot only collect our selected ideas and power into one project but also make us work hard together．And competition is a source of motivation which drives us to unleash our potentiality．
     I do think it is necessary, since we are playing proper roles as members of the company．So knowing company history will deepen our understanding of that role．
     It is necessary to obey company rules as the company is like a machine．Everything can be well done on the base of orderly running of each part．Employees like the parts of the machine need to obey the rules to get it well organized．
     I think company organization is really important especially for the company management．Every department needs a head under whom we get our work divided and work effectively．
     Personally I think product training can polish our eyes for different products and their advantages and disadvantages．With this knowledge we can know how to sell the products to our customer and to tell different characteristics．
