Our company is going to hold a meeting, and need renting a meeting room. Talk together for about 2 minutes about equipment and decide which 3 are most important.

A: What do you think, which room we should take as our meeting room? Room No. 204 or No.206?
B: I think we should take room 206, because it has fax machine, water cooler and a computer.
