I think three factors are important when we fix a price for a new product. The first factor we should consider is cost, which includes material, transportation, advertising ad package fee etc. It is impossible for us to set a price lower than the cost. The second important factor is profit. The purpose of starting up a business is to earn profits, so we must consider it carefully before we decide how much money we could make. The third factor that cannot be ignored is competitors’ prices. The price of our product should be a little lower than that of the same products. When our product has the same good quality as other competitors’, a competitive price will help us capture the market.

When we talk about developing enterprise culture, I think three things are important. Firstly, innovation is crucial. Continuous innovation is fundamental for a business to survive the fierce competition. Secondly, commitment is another key point.
