I know you wanted the Highland Room - but the room that’s become available, the Border Room, is the only one free then.
     The fee for the package, including lunch, is￡1,430. I understand this suits your budget, which was around ￡1,500 for the day. But any accommodation would be extra. You said the idea was to invite 60 delegates-but I’d better ware you that no more than 58 people fit comfortably into the room. You’ll need to refer to your booking reference number if you confirm the reservation-it’s 271Q. Oh, and don’t forget to put COR-for ’corporate’- before that. We can hold the room for only five days.
