    As the picture above vividly describes, water is being used efficiently in the daily life of an ordinary family. This good habit is praiseworthy and should be popularized in our society.
    Messages carried by the picture can be stated as follows. In the first place, to use resources efficiently is essential to our daily life. In terms of our clothing, food, sheltering, and transport, we can do lot to save energy and natural resources such as power, water, coal, gas and so on. As university students, we should take the wise use of paper and second-hand textbooks into consideration. In the second place, the public participation is the foundation of a society in which using resources efficiently is advocated and treasured. Since social environment is shaped by the general public, the cultivation of a resource-efficient society depends on the active involvement of every member of our society.
    In my view, we should take necessary measures to use resources efficiently. Firstly, we should launch a public campaign to help people build up the resource-efficient awareness in our daily life. Secondly, education on how to use resources efficiently must be promoted by relevant government departments and professionals at different levels. Only in this way can we build a resource-efficient society in its true sense.
