    In order that our university library services can reach a higher level, I am writing this letter to you. In past few years, it has done well in many ways. For example; providing access to computers and CD ROM, printing facilities, and free online access. However, if the following suggestions to improve are carried out, its services will be better.
    First, the library service staff should improve their service attitude. In front of students, their expression is always very stiff. This makes reading uncomfortable. Second, the Learning Center should provide more seats. In this way, students do not need to spend too much time finding a seat. Last but not least, most undergraduate students complain that they can only borrow two items at a time. The figures should be increased to at least five due to study need.
