   Who are to blame for the emerging of NEET group phenomenon in China，parents or children? A study shows that at least more than 70 percent of the unemployed young adults are living off their parents．This is the new way many young adults in China are living their lives—一not in education，employment or training，SO this group is called as the NEET group．
   Why are NEETs become apparent in China?First，a large number of parents in China tend to spoil their children．They neglect to cultivate their offspring a sense of independence SO that their children are accustomed to living under the financing of their parents．Second，young adults are frustrated with skyrocketing housing cost．Without the capability to afford their own houses，they have to live with their parents even after graduation from colleges．
   Then who should take responsibility for NEET group phenomenon?I believe both Chinese parents and young adults should．As for the virtues of independence，self-reliance and hard struggle， Chinese young adults should learn from their parents．And parents should teach their children all these virtues ever from the beginning．They should recognize that depending on their parents is not a long—run goal．
