Dear Sir or Madam,
    I am a Chinese student who wishes to apply for a post-doctoral position in your prestigious university. I have got my doctor’s degree in education and made some achievements in my academic research. The key to my academic research is about American Students’ State of Mind in the Process of Job-seeking. For the purpose of expanding my horizon, my supervisor suggested me to pursue postdoctoral research in your university.
    If I’m admitted, I will read as many documents related to my research topic as possible in the first year of my postdoctoral research. In addition, I am well aware that genuine knowledge comes from practice. In order to have a very good understanding of American Students’ state of mind while they are seeking their jobs, I will conduct social investigations, including talking with students from different higher education institutions in the United States.
