答案     Almost every one of the world today desires to be healthy. As the effective way to get fitness, doing sports is becoming more and more popular nowadays. There are countless positive aspects of sports. I think the main reasons are its beneficial effects on body and mentality, especially for people living in big cities.
    First, as people is getting busier and busier today, they rarely have chance to move their bodies. They sit before the computer or at the desk day and night, spending their major time in working. It is really terrible for our body health. As a result, more and more men are suffering diseases. To avoid such affliction, they have to take exercises. When taking part in sports, they get the chance to train almost all parts of their bodies. There is no doubt that proper sports activities keep your physical fitness.
    What’s more, sport is definitely good for mental health. Mental work is taking the place of physical work day and day. So people use brain to think quite much. Meanwhile, a lot of people feel lonely today because the lack of communication with others. In that case, sport would be a proper way to relax and communicate if you take part in some kinds of teamwork. Through participation, everyone can learn that on the playground he not only struggles for himself but also fights for his team. Sports teach us about consideration, cooperation and optimism to failure.
    Doubtlessly, sport has its negative aspects. For example, if you don’t do it in a proper way, you may get hurt when you take sports, or it may take you too much time and energy so that you cannot concentrate on your job.
    In general, I love sports. I enjoy sports. For sports not only help me to live a well-balanced life, but also provide me with opportunities to get closer to nature. Sports add happiness to my everyday life.
