    Nowadays, there have been more and more violent terrorist activities occurring in almost every part of the world. The terrorists kill innocent people, rape women, blow up buildings and cars, hijack airplanes and so on. Especially Sept. 11th Incident that took place in New York, the United States made the whole world feel panic.
    Why are there so many terroristic activities? In my opinion, there may be some possible reasons for it. First, it is social realities that lead to these radical responses. All the terrorist activities that arose in the United States indicate that terrorists have dissatisfaction with the United States. Second, domestic causes involve typically the economic contradictions, religious contradictions, political contradictions and social contradictions, etc.ln order to hold back these terrorist activities, all the countries in the world should take some measures, such as cooperating with each other, exchange useful information and supervise terrorists and their activities.
    On the issue of terrorism, our government is taking actions to be against it. Besides, our government also helps other countries to combat it. This is undoubtedly good for Chinese people’s safety and happiness. I’m completely in favor of our government’s position on fighting terrorism.
