    Some people think that changing jobs frequently leads to more opportunities, while others believe that staying in the same job is a better choice. Different people have different ideas. Whether staying in the same job or job hopping has its own advantages and disadvantages.
    One of the main benefits of staying in one job is security. Changing jobs frequently means that one may have to find a new house, or temporarily losing a steady source of income. Staying in one job can avoid these problems. Another benefit of not changing jobs is that one can make a long plan for his career and gain sustainable development. In contrast, those who often change jobs may have to adjust themselves to the new working environment and thus lose the opportunities to get promotion and improve themselves.
    However, for those who change their jobs frequently argue that working in several different jobs can increase their employ ability. By experiencing different working field, they can improve their professional skills. What’s more, frequent job-hopping may offer them a broader vision for career development. When people join a company, the new working environment, new colleagues and new enterprise cultural atmosphere will definitely motivate their enthusiasm for the new job and thus, prompt their career to a new level.
