The longest-surviving Pap-worth patient, Mr. Keith Castle, recently celebrated the third anniversary of his transplant operation.
    Mr. Christopher Robbins, director of the Coronary(冠心病)Prevention Croup battling to reduce the 150,000 deaths a year from coronary heart disease, said that heart transplants would never benefit more than a tiny minority of heart patients, yet thousands could be saved by preventive measures.
    In the United States the number of premature deaths(英年早逝)from heart disease has been reduced by a quarter since 1963 through changes in life-style. Evidence suggests that similar results could be obtained in Britain. [br] At the moment, the money for heart transplants comes from______.
