答案 　　A good educational background can really shine on a job candidate’s CV, however, I think work experience is more important. Fresh graduates usually find reality is totally different from what they’ve learned at school, but career training and previous work experience can help them adapt to the new environment quickly. That means companies could spend less training resources on new employees. Besides, every industry has its own cycle. Candidates with more experience means they’ve dealt with more cases and can understand better the ups and downs of the industry than those with just outstanding educational backgrounds. So, were I an HR, I would prefer a job candidate with more experience.
