答案 　　The Dragon Boat Festival is one of my favourite national festivals and it’s a festival set to commemorate Qu Yuan, a patriotic poet who gave up his life after witnessing his own state defeated by another one. I like this festival partly because I admire the great poet. But more importantly, I love the special traditional food—rice dumplings, or zongzi. It shapes like a dumpling, made of glutinous rice and wrapped in bamboo leaves. You can stuff eggs, pork, beans, shrimps and other foods you like into a rice dumpling. Generally speaking, zongzi in the north of China tastes sweet because the people there put sugar and sweet dried fruit into the stuffing, while zongzi in the south of China tastes salty because of its savoury, greasy stuffing.
