I don’t quite like the feeling of being separated in small offices. Ideally, the office should be well lit and have a lot of large windows. Natural light is very important for people to fight against tiredness, pressure and feelings of depression. In terms of the relationship between colleagues, I’d like to see fewer office politics. An open-plan office might help to reduce office politics as well. I’d like to see all the colleagues behave professionally and focus on their work.
