I don’t think that nuclear energy should be used. Reactors are much too dangerous to be used at all. A severe earthquake, a fire in the plant, a mechanical failure, or a simple human error might cause a release of radiation that would spread over a large area. If measures are taken in time, the accident will cause only small effects, but usually nuclear reactions take place invisibly and with large energy, with only a one-in-a-million lack of timely observation or measure-taking, the accident of nuclear revealing must influence not only the nuclear plant, but also cause great disasters to the planet. No wonder that it is always believed if once the nuclear energy is used in the Third World War, the whole planet will be damaged or destroyed completely. Besides, I have to remind you that a nation that owns nuclear reactors also owns the means of building nuclear weapons. And what if terrorists were to capture a reactor or to steal some uranium? How will people deal with those problem? It would be an unknown disaster to man.
Even though there are no such dangers, I think nuclear energy will affect the surrounding environment and people’s lives more or less. Hot waste may warm up the water of rivers and lakes, killing plants and fish. Apart from that, the pollution of the air and soil also need be taken into consideration.

From the notice and the discussion between the two students, we know that Jack thinks the present charging system is better than before. It simply asks students who choose their accommodation level to pay corresponding fees, therefore different students can meet different demands of their own. Jack will choose the new apartment building for three reasons given in his speech. Firstly, the new apartment is very spacious, only two people in one room, and there is a bathroom in every single dormitory. Secondly, it is modern, that is, broadband network and satellite TV cable are also available there. Last but not least, his roommates agreed to move together and they still chose the neighboring rooms so that established relationships won’t be broken.
