That’s the reason why an increasing number of gyms are getting built. Second, likewise, to keep fit, many people also cut down on carbohydrate which is a substance that is not good for our health when taken in too much. As a result, more healthy food occurs in the market, such as salad, and all kinds of meal replacements. So, I really think people today have healthier lifestyles than people did 100 years ago.
