However, alcohol-related traffic accidents are still happening everyday in our country. Therefore, only by criminalizing drunk driving can the potential offenders be prevented to take any chance and thereby eliminate the potential hazards brought by drunk driving from the origin. Thus, a major factor of traffic accident will be diminished and our transportation environment will be safer.
