Indonesia is to begin seeding clouds over east Kalimantan Province in hopes of creating rain to put out forest fires. The 10-day opera tion is scheduled to begin Saturday. More than a dozen bush fires are now raging across the "drought parched province. Smoke from the fires has reduced visibility to a dangerous level forcing an airport to close down at least temporarily. Many villagers have little water and no equipment for fighting the blazes.
