Which of the following can Mr. Butler NOT be normally regarded as? [br]
W: There is Mr. Butler. He had comparatively no advantages at first. He lingered for years before he went to work in a printing-office, and he got three dollars a week, at first. His income today is at least thirty thousand a year. How did he do it? He was honest, faithful, and industrious, and economical. He denied himself the enjoyments that most boys indulge in.
M: I’d say they were pretty hard lines for a young fellow. Three dollars a week! How could he live on it? You can bet he didn’t have any frills.

W: He cooked for himself on a little kerosene stove.

W: Yes, he has, but...
