     As we all know, good health plays an important role in our life. Good health can help us to challenge all difficulties, and live happily. As students, they are at their best to absorb knowledge and grow up, so great importance should be attached to their health.
     In order to study successfully, students need good health. A student with good health can absorb knowledge more quickly and energetically; therefore, more progress and achievements can be made. He can adapt to the changing situation easily and overcome the difficulties lying ahead. Whereas, an unhealthy student may loses his ability to deal with so many tasks. When iii, he cannot concentrate on his study and can only cling close to the doctors. In a word, it is very hard for students to study well without good health.
     Considering the great importance of good health, actions should be done to keep them healthy. Doing sports persistently is a good way to help students keep healthy. Physical exercises can increase the circulation, appetite and digestion. Since sports can result in good health, students should spare some time for sports everyday no matter how busy they are.
