Nonetheless, some people point out it is unreasonable for the international community to require every country to cut down the consumption of fossil fuels, regarding the difficulty in exploiting replaceable energies and the growing demand for fossil fuels.
    I hold a neutral perspective towards such an issue. For one thing, because of the forthcoming scarcity of fossil fuels, along with their negative effects, it is imperative for all countries to decrease the consumption of them as well as to research renewable energy. For another, as a result of regional variations, not every country heavily relying on fossil fuels can get access to cleaner energy resources, like solar energy, hydroelectric power, wind energy and nuclear power. Therefore, it’s impossible for them to reduce their use of fossil fuels and turn to energy alternatives in short term.
    On balance, it’s an inevitable trend to replace fossil fuels with low-carbon power resources, but every country should cut back on fossil energy in line with its own condition. Besides, more feasible solutions should be sought.
