Improvements to Be Made in Insurance Service
As can be seen from the chart above, it’s obvious that the efficiency of insurance service is in the greatest need for improvement right now. Then reasonable fees, better service attitude, more business varieties and other aspects follow behind.
In modern society, due to the fast-paced lifestyle and fierce competition, efficiency plays an important role in the success of not only individuals but also companies. On the one hand, the improvement of efficiency can increase the economic benefits and enhance the management abilities of an insurance company. On the other hand, the improvement of efficiency can better meet customers’ needs. Customers are the targets and the beneficiaries of the insurance service, and they of course would like to choose a company whose service is quick and considerate. Hence, efficiency is of importance to the survival of an insurance company.
From my point of view, reasonable fees and better service attitude are also strongly needed. We should urge insurance companies to be aware of these issues and provide customers with a better service.
