    As is vividly described in the drawing, a bystander asked the police for help when an old man fell off his bike instead of helping the old man up.
    It goes without saying that in modern China it is really risky to help the fallen old people due to multiple reasons. First, the recent two cases of guilty verdicts of Peng Yu and Xu Yunhe have pushed China into an abyss of no moral ethics. Events as such without exception touch everyone’s baseline of helping others and interrogate people’s honesty and moral. Besides, the weakness of the social security system turns the old into "devils". The aging and transform of society quickly leave them marginalized and they find themselves being the burden of the family.
    In conclusion, it is only a moral matter whether one should help others or not, and it should not be judged from the legal aspect. Only when we sort out the relationship between moral, duty and obligation can we really feel "happy" when helping others.
