    When it comes to the statement "Junk food is the worst food" , I cannot agree more. Nowadays it seems that people are surrounded by junk food, but not many can resist the temptation of one kind or another even though they are well aware of the harm it could cause.
    The hazards that come with the junk food are more than we could possibly imagine. The notorious junk food carries with it an excessive amount of fat, oil, cholesterol, sugar, preservatives, etc. , which poses a hidden yet grave threat to our health. As we know, obesity is very common among schoolchildren and young people, which to a large degree is owing to the consumption of too much junk food. Nevertheless, it’s not all. Junk food can cause high blood pressure and other chronic diseases. Some junk food even contains certain ingredients, which will trigger cancer if taken too much. How horrible is that!
    In summary, I definitely agree with the idea that junk food is the worst food.
