答案     As the picture described, there is always a fierce debate about whether there should be a wall between people or not. In my mind, I believe that good fences make good neighbors.
    Firstly, as for the individual, a wall allows people to live separately from each other and helps keep privacy. Secondly, as for the country, with a correct understanding and respect towards wall, there would not be so many wars about territory in the world. Thirdly, as for the culture, we should build a wall to resist the bad influence of foreign culture and absorb only the useful part.
    From the above we can see that a wall plays a vital part in establishing harmonius relationship between neighbors. So build a wall and use it correctly.
