Rescuers are searching the waters near the southern Philippine coast, where a passenger boat sank. They are looking for about 50 people who are still missing after the captain ordered everyone off the ship. Officials have rescued about 900 of the 964 people who jumped into the water of Zamboanga del Norte province.
