答案     The chart reflects the information about science qualifications in Germany and Italy. There are three kinds of science qualifications, Master’s degree, Bachelor’s degree and school leaving exams. People who get the Master’s degree in Germany and Italy are nearly the same, accounting for about 3%. In Germany, people with Bachelor’s degree are about 19% , more than twice of those in Italy. As for people who take part in the school leaving exams, 25% Germans and 30% Italians are included. The rest of the population, about 55% of Germany and 60% of Italy, have no qualification in science at all. In conclusion, people with science qualification are totally 45% in Germany and 40% in Italy, neither of them surpassing half of their whole population.
