   Due to the recent government financial cuts, we have been forced to make the following changes:
   Meals & light refreshments: The canteen will only be open for meals between 12 p.m.-2 p.m. and 6p.m.-8p.m.. It will not be open in the morning or afternoon. Coffee and tea will be available from the automatic machines.
   Telephone calls: All outside telephone calls must go through the switchboard (总机).
   Heating: The central heating system will only operate between October 1st and April 30th and will have a constant temperature of 19℃.
   Travel expense: If you wish to reclaim travel expense, you must fill in a claim form, attach a receipt and state the purpose of the journey.
