We recognize that the key to quality assurance is continuous alertness. That is why our systems are controlled centrally, and performance is linked directly to adherence to our systems. Quality is everybody’s responsibility, and we encourage personal commitment to this.
The quality standards of the Star (China) International Hotel and Entertainment Corporation are set and reviewed constantly by the Executive Management Team, as to ensure that each and every outlet is achieving the corporate objectives with a total on-site catering (餐饮) team commitment. All of our catering operations require careful quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure that health and safety practices are followed at each stage of the catering services. And strict rules and regulations have been made to achieve this goal.
We will work out the menu according to seasonal availability. Also we consider the suggestions and feedback from the customers when planning the menu. [br] What is the goal of the catering operations?
