    Managing Editor: Responsible for coordinating (协调) and managing daily production of the newspaper. Must have previous newspaper experience.
    News Editor: Duties include managing the newsroom staff and supervising news-gathering activities. Previous experience required.
    Forum (论坛) Editor: Responsible for the content of the Forum pages, managing letters to the editor, and coordinating freelance writers (自由撰稿人). Previous experience required.
    Staff Writers: Duties include writing for News, Forum, and Sports.
