   Some people often think that it is difficult to spend our leisure properly, When we have holidays, we usually feel bored and, do not know what to do. Some just sit before the television and look at the TV all day long, while others stay in bed to sleep soundly.
   How to spend our leisure? Here are some helpful suggestions.
   If you are an active person and enjoy the outside activities, you can travel a lot, or play some sports games or sing or dance to the midnight. The fresh air and the fascinating scenery in the countryside may refresh you and the amusing games or songs may make you happier.
   If you are so active and like to stay at home, you can listen to the light music or, you may read a few books otherwise. Indoor games such as playing chess, cards, table tennis and hobbies such as gardening, keeping pets and collecting stamps are also enjoyable.
   After a period of relaxation like these, we shall feel much happier and more energetic and after holidays we are more refreshing to work again, the work efficiency can be better than ever before in our daily work.
