    Qualifications:
    -With a master degree in English (either linguistics or literature)
    - Proficiency in English and a good command of his/her major
    -Deep love for teaching profession
    -Ability to teach literature, linguistics and other courses for senior classes
    -Good at using a computer and using Photoshop
